Meticulous masking.

Your home is your nest and probably one of the most significant investments in your life. The first thing a top-level painting contractor does is to protect your home, masking up and sealing off doors, windows, appliances, furniture, cars and personal items. In addition, they’ll carefully cover pavers, concrete or decks with drop sheets as well.

Concrete and pavers are very porous and absorb paint and overspray. They are tough to clean. Covering these surfaces is a top priority for an experienced painting professional.

Watering down paint? Professional painters will never do it!

Watering down the paint is a bad practice to save money. The only time a painter would water down the paint is when he intends to spray. Using 10% of the water per drum quantity is only recommended. We only use water to rinse out a paint spray gun or clean the brushes.

Quality inspection after completion.

Every time the project is finished, it is an excellent practice to go for a walkthrough with the customer before final sign-off and payment. A good painting contractor will check the quality before showing the finished job to the customer.
