Strata and body corporate work
Strata is its own discipline. The building has many owners, a committee, a manager, and residents who all experience the work directly and none of whom commissioned it individually.
The failure mode is rarely the paint. It is communication — residents not knowing when crews will be on their level, when balconies need clearing, when access is required. We maintain outstanding communication with strata managers and owners, and issue a detailed project schedule so the building knows what is happening and when.
The Gold Coast's high-rise and mid-rise stock along the coastal strip carries the added complication of height access and salt exposure on external elements. Our crews are height-compliant and safety trained.
Coatings and warranty
We use premium, low-VOC, high-durability coatings — relevant in occupied buildings, where odour and return-to-service time matter as much as the finish itself.
One thing worth stating plainly: our workmanship warranty of up to 5 years applies to residential projects and does not apply to commercial projects. Commercial terms are set out in the quote for each project, so you see exactly what is covered before committing.
Quoting a commercial project
Commercial quoting is done on transparent breakdowns rather than a lump sum, so you can see how the number is built and compare it properly against other tenders.
For projects over $20,000 we provide Home Building Compensation insurance, and we are fully insured for commercial and strata work generally.
