Prices from our instant estimate calculator, chat and voice assistant are indicative estimates based on the information you provide. They are not a formal quote or an offer to carry out work.

Final pricing is confirmed after a site inspection, in a formal written quote. Measurements, surface condition, access, colour changes, repairs and any other site conditions can change the price. All prices shown include GST unless stated otherwise.

Booking a site visit through the website is a request, not a confirmed appointment. We will contact you to confirm a time. Accepting an estimate online does not create a contract for painting work.

Any painting or other work we carry out is governed by the formal quote you accept, including its scope, inclusions and exclusions, deposit, payment terms and warranty. If those documents differ from this website, the accepted quote applies.

You must give accurate information, and only upload plans, photos and documents that you are allowed to share. You remain the owner of what you upload and give us permission to use it to prepare your estimate and carry out your project. How we handle personal information is set out in our Privacy Policy.

If you have a client, subcontractor or crew account, keep your sign-in details secure and let us know if you think someone else has used your account. We may suspend access that is misused.

Do not misuse the website — for example by trying to access other people's records, interfering with how it works, submitting false requests, or copying its content or calculator for commercial use.

The website's content, design, photos and branding belong to Painting Lab or are used with permission.

We work to keep the website accurate and available, but we do not guarantee it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss arising from relying on an indicative estimate or from using the website.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other law that cannot be excluded.

We may update these terms from time to time; the latest version is always on this page. These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
