Privacy Policy

Depending on how you use the website, we may collect:

• your name, email address, phone number and property address;
• details about your project that you enter into our quote calculator, including floor plans and photos you upload;
• your preferred site visit date and time, and the price tier you choose;
• messages you send us through the website, chat or voice assistant;
• if you apply to work with us as a subcontractor: your business details, ABN, licences, insurance documents and work history;
• if you sign in on one of our job sites: your name, company and sign-in and sign-out times;
• if you create an account or sign in with Google: your name and email address from your Google account. We do not receive your Google password.

• to prepare your estimate and send it to you;
• to contact you about your estimate, book and confirm site visits, and prepare a formal quote;
• to run your project, including your client portal, job updates, variations and invoices;
• to assess and manage subcontractors, and to meet our work health and safety obligations on site;
• to answer your questions and improve our website and services.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

We share personal information only as needed to provide our services — for example with the painters and subcontractors who carry out your job, and with the service providers who run our website and systems. These include providers for website hosting, our database, email delivery, sign-in, and artificial-intelligence tools that help read plans and draft estimates.

Our main database is hosted in Sydney, Australia. Some of our service providers may store or process information overseas, including in the United States. Where that happens we take reasonable steps to make sure they handle it securely and in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.

We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

We take reasonable steps to keep personal information secure, including access controls so that only authorised staff can see client records, and encrypted connections to the website. We keep information only for as long as we need it for the purposes above or as the law requires.

The website uses your browser's storage to keep you signed in and to remember your calculator answers while you complete an estimate. We do not use advertising cookies.

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Contact us using the details below and we will respond within a reasonable time.
